Located within the cities of Colleyville and Hurst, Texas.
We are a small community where it is easy to get to know people. With little traffic and several cul-de-sacs, children play, ride bikes, neighbors get together to talk, walk, push strollers and many other family-centered activities. Our community offers access to the many amenities of Northeast Tarrant County communities, including the Colleyville Nature Center (located 2 blocks away), city parks and NRH2O waterpark.
Madison Place is served by Exemplary Rated schools in the Birdville and Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School Districts.

Homeowners Annual Meeting Notice - Monday, February 24, 2025,  6:00pm, CDT, Colleyville Center, Colleyville, Tx

This year’s meeting will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025, 6:00 - 7:00pm CDT at Colleyville Center, 5301 Riverwalk Drive, Colleyville.  Sign-in begins at 5:45pm and the meeting will be called to order at 6:00pm; for the purpose of reviewing the association’s business, financials for prior calendar year, nominations for Board of Directors open positions, volunteers/nominations, business reports and conducting such other business that may come properly before the Association.                                                                                                       Meeting Agenda:

  • Call to Order /  Determination of Quorum / Confirmation of Proper Meeting Notice

Unable to attend or unsure?  Simply complete the proxy form in the email meeting notice that you received, and email to us at  help@madisonplace-hoa.info no later than 5:00 pm, February 19th 2025.
