Welcome to Madison Place
Located within the cities of Colleyville and Hurst, Texas.
We are a small community where it is easy to get to know people. With little traffic and several cul-de-sacs, children play, ride bikes, neighbors get together to talk, walk, push strollers and many other family-centered activities. Our community offers access to the many amenities of Northeast Tarrant County communities, including the Colleyville Nature Center (located 2 blocks away), city parks and NRH2O waterpark.
Madison Place is served by Exemplary Rated schools in the Birdville and Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School Districts.
Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, 6:00 - 7:00pm CDT at Colleyville Center, 5301 Riverwalk Drive, Colleyville. Sign-in begins at 5:45pm. Meeting will be called to order at 6:00pm to review association’s business, financials, nominations for Board of Directors open positions and committees, volunteers, and conducting such other business that may come properly before the Association.
